Privacy information.
Blackmass Enterprises Ltd operates ZimXPay and uses information to run the public site, respond to early-access requests and provide authorised workspace access.
1. Information used
The public site may process contact details, business details and basic device or access information. The workspace processes the business information, documents, deadlines and evidence that authorised people provide.
2. Contact requests
Contact form submissions are sent through Brevo so the ZimX team can respond to your request.
3. Workspace access
Documents are held in private Supabase Storage buckets. Authenticated access is scoped by business identifier. Database row-level security limits merchant-scoped records to active members of that business and authorised ZimX platform roles.
