Public terms.

These terms describe the public site and early-access service operated by Blackmass Enterprises Ltd under the ZimXPay name.

1. Service boundary

ZimXPay provides a shared record workspace plus work delivered by the ZimX team. It does not provide bookkeeping, accounting, reconciliation or a filing service. Your business or its accountant remains responsible for decisions about declarations and for submissions to authorities.

2. Account access

Workspace access is limited to authorised people. You are responsible for protecting your sign-in details and telling us if you believe access has been compromised.

3. Early access and future services

Early access is subject to acceptance. Roadmap material is directional and is not a promise of availability or timing. ZiGX and SmartEscrow are pre-deploy and audit-gated.
